Theophilus Aanuoluwa Adagunodo is one of the Faculty members in Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria. He obtained his Ph.D in Geophysics from the Department of Pure and Applied Physics, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. He has contributed to several publications both as lead author and co-author. He has served as Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, Associate Editor, Guest Editor and Reviewer to many high-profile Journals and Conference Proceedings. Theophilus A. Adagunodo has been appointed as members of some Academic Committees and Postgraduate External Examiner within the University systems. Aanu Adagunodo has attended so many national and international conferences where he presented his findings and shared knowledged with industrialists and researchers. In the year 2020, he was invited as one of the Keynote Speakers to the 10th International Conference on Geology and Geophysics in Xiamen, China, where he addressed the participants on the radiological consequences of exposing farmers to high background radiation doses in various farms from Precambrian basement formation. As part of the reward for diligence in his career, he was listed as one of the Chancellor’s Exceptional Researchers at Covenant University in the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 academic sessions. Further, he has been recognized consistently since 2020 tiil present by Scopus as one of the active researchers in Nigeria from 2014 till present. Theophilus Adagunodo has engaged himself in several Interdisciplinary Research Activities and in his Core Area of Research, which is Applied Geophysics. Most of his research activities are based on the actualization of the Sustainable Development Goals 3, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. He has built strong working collaborations with over thirty (30) research groups both in onshore and offshore, respectively.
